Q: How long will it take to get my order?

A: Krisar Enterprise normally picks, packs, and ships all orders within 1-2 business day from the time the order was paid for. A business day is considered to be Monday through Friday, not including holidays.

 

Q: Where do you ship from?

A: We ship all our orders from the U.S.A.   All orders are packaged and shipped from Glendale, California in the USA.

 

Q: How long does shipping take to the USA, Canada, and all other international destinations?

A: Shipping to addresses within the continental USA is typically 4 to 7 business days and 5 to 10 business days to Hawaii and Alaska for delivery for standard First Class mail shipping.  For Australia, Canada, Europe and Great Britain, please allow up to 20 business days.  International shipping can face additional delays due to customs officials.  When you go through the online checkout, you will have the option to pay extra for faster delivery using US Postal Service Priority Mail and Express Mail.

 

Q: Can I return my product?

A: We are here to satisfy all customers and if the item purchased is not what you wanted we would be happy to make an exchange or provide a refund within a 30 days of purchase.  Please include a copy of your invoice and/or your packing slip for prompt processing of your request.
